What this public site does
The public site has no account creation, ad pixels, or production quote form. Standard web-server logs may be created by whichever service hosts the files. A production privacy notice must identify that operator, its data practices, and the legal entity offering insurance.
What the quote walkthrough does
The walkthrough uses simulated motor vehicle record, payment, document, and filing states. It connects to no production vendor, government system, or insurer. Use fictional information.
Before production
Alley Hound would need a complete privacy program covering notice, consent, access, retention, deletion, vendor contracts, incident response, and the handling of insurance and motor vehicle record information. Those controls are outside this static demo.
